This product works very well as a sunscreen on my horse’s white nose. Bonus that she absolutely loves when I rub this on her muzzle…. And it smells great. She had not been a fan of previous sunscreens.

My boys suffer environmental allergies in spring and summer. They loose the hair on their feet but with Coat Defense Powder, they no longer get infected from the licking. After our walk , I wash their feet followed by an application of Coat Defense. I use an old blush brush to apply. I know it works to soothe because they don’t constantly lick their feet due to the itch.

Coat defense is a great product to protect my horses from the heat and sweat that causes issues.
If your dog is over 200 pounds you will need the large refill bag. Coat defense has helped with skin irritation. I wish I had tried it sooner.

My vet kept pushing allergy meds I tried them for couple months. They worked for couple weeks and than itching would return. Vet told me give my dog 4 benadryl 2x a day. That didn't sit well with me so I ordered this powder and I think It helped alot. I still rub him down when hes been out in the pond or wet. Hes barely itching now. Well, I haven’t used the shampoo yet but the powder application inside the ear flap seems to help for a few days as with brushing her stomach and around her talulla, if you know what I mean. I will use the shampoo soon to see if it has a longer effect.
Gray pace works great on the hotspots and the shampoo is awesome. It is all natural and it definitely helps. I think I need to just give him baths every other day for a week. He has done better even getting one bath a week. I love your products I love anything all natural. God bless you guys.

When using the paste as a remedy, most horses see noticeable improvement in a few days. Severely immune-compromised horses (Cushing’s, on antibiotics or steroids) may take 1–2 weeks. Apply daily and leave on, do not pick scabs; let them slough naturally.
Once healed, apply powder daily as a preventative especially on prone areas.
Yes, it can be used with oral medications. We do not recommend mixing our products with other medicated/chemical treatments as this can cause a reaction. If you have been using medicated/chemical products, wait 3-5 days and do a patch test first.
