If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will refund your order amount. To initiate the refund process call 571-577-6435 within 30 days of purchase.
- We would like to understand what your situation is with your animal and the reason you are not thrilled with our product.
- We will also need to know where you bought the product. If you purchased from our website, the order number will be handy but not required.
Once we receive your returned items, you will get an email with your refund confirmation. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
